Website Services Agreement
The terms below cover our website services, payment options, care plans, the Starter Website plan, and the lower upfront Launch Website agreement.

1. Parties
This agreement is between Lighthouse Pro, LLC ("Lighthouse Pro", "we", "us") and the customer purchasing website services ("Client", "you").
2. Services
Lighthouse Pro provides website design, setup, hosting coordination, domain connection support, technical launch support, and managed care services for home service businesses.
The exact package, add-ons, setup price, monthly plan, and payment structure are the selections shown at checkout and stored with the Stripe Checkout Session.
3. Website packages and payment options
Starter Website checkout is $199 setup plus a $39 per month care plan. The included first month covers Days 1-30 and the $39 monthly plan bills automatically after that. Starter Website is month-to-month with no term commitment; either party may cancel at any time. Starter Website includes a single-page website with up to five content sections, one pre-publish revision round, hosting, SSL, and uptime monitoring. Search engine optimization services, additional pages, and other services are available separately.
Standard Launch Website checkout is $799 setup. Monthly care is optional after the included first month unless selected at checkout.
Lower upfront Launch Website checkout is $199 setup today. The included first month covers Days 1-30. The first of 12 required $150 monthly payments is charged on Day 30, followed by 11 monthly payments. The minimum commitment is $1,999 before add-ons ($199 setup plus 12 payments of $150). After all 12 required monthly payments are collected, service continues month-to-month unless either party cancels.
For the lower upfront Launch Website option, Lighthouse Pro owns the website build, source files, deployable website, and the connected domain until Client completes all 12 required monthly payments or completes a written buyout approved by Lighthouse Pro. The buyout amount is 80% of the required-payment balance remaining at the time of the buyout.
3a. SEO report products
Lighthouse Pro also sells standalone SEO report products. The one-time Full SEO Report is $9, delivered as a secure link by email, typically within a few hours of purchase. The Weekly SEO Report subscription is $14.99 per month and the Weekly SEO Report with Competitor Watch is $29 per month; both bill monthly through Stripe starting at purchase, with no trial, and continue month-to-month until cancelled. Either party may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future reports and billing at the end of the current billing period.
Reports are informational analyses generated from public data and third-party measurements at the time of generation. They are provided as-is, without any guarantee of search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Report links are private to the recipient and expire; refreshed links are available from the report dashboard. Report products do not include website changes, SEO services, or consulting unless purchased separately.
The Market Intelligence Report is $49 one-time: an analyst-reviewed market summary compiled from our proprietary aggregated local-business records, delivered by email within 2 business days. Its report link is valid for 90 days. Statistics are aggregates and estimates, not guarantees, and no row-level business data is provided.
White-label report subscriptions ($99, $199, or $299 per month) include 10, 30, or 100 reports per calendar month respectively. The allowance resets on the 1st and unused reports do not roll over. Reports may be re-branded with the subscriber's name and colors and resold to the subscriber's own clients; delivery email sends from our domain with the subscriber's reply-to address. Automated or abusive generation is prohibited. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
3b. Annual billing option
Monthly care plans may be offered with an annual billing option: the Starter Care Plan at $390 per year, the Care Plan at $990 per year, and the Growth Engine Plan at $1,990 per year, each priced at ten months for twelve months of service. Annual plans begin with the same included first month, then bill once per year through Stripe and renew annually until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next annual renewal; partial-year refunds are at Lighthouse Pro's discretion.
3c. Referral program
When the referral program is active, Clients may share a personal referral code. When a new customer completes a qualifying purchase using that code, both parties may receive one free month of their monthly plan (or an equivalent credit), applied after Lighthouse Pro verifies the referral. Referral credits have no cash value, may be limited per account, and the program may be modified or ended at any time. Self-referrals and fraudulent redemptions are void.
4. Monthly care
Monthly care may include hosting coordination, SSL, uptime checks, security headers, backups, version history, DNS monitoring, and managed update support. Care plan scope depends on the plan selected at checkout.
5. Add-ons
Add-ons are one-time charges unless stated otherwise. Additional pages, Google Profile Business Optimization, and Rush Delivery are scoped to the project purchased at checkout.
6. Client responsibilities
Client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approvals, requested content, brand assets, access invitations, and timely feedback. Delays in intake, approvals, assets, or third-party access may delay delivery.
7. Delivery and revisions
Estimated delivery starts after payment and completed intake. Starter Website includes one revision round before publish; after publish, further changes are handled under the monthly care plan's scope or billed separately. Launch Website includes one revision round. Growth Engine includes two revision rounds. Rush Delivery changes production priority but still depends on completed intake and timely Client feedback.
8. Domains, hosting, and access
Client owns their domain unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lighthouse Pro may host or manage the website while the account is active. If service is cancelled or payment fails, Lighthouse Pro may pause managed services after reasonable notice.
9. Payments, cancellation, and failed payments
Setup fees and add-ons are due at checkout. Standalone monthly care bills automatically through Stripe after the included first month. Starter Website's $39 monthly plan bills automatically after the included first month and continues month-to-month until cancelled. For the lower upfront Launch Website agreement, the first of 12 required monthly payments is charged on Day 30 and the remaining 11 payments are charged monthly.
For the lower upfront Launch Website option, Client remains responsible for all 12 required monthly payments. Early cancellation may require payment of the remaining required-payment balance unless Lighthouse Pro agrees otherwise in writing. To take ownership of the website and domain before those payments are completed, Client may complete a buyout equal to 80% of the required-payment balance remaining.
Failed payments may pause updates, hosting support, launch work, or ongoing care until the account is brought current.
10. Refunds
Setup fees and add-ons are generally non-refundable once work has started. If Lighthouse Pro cannot begin the project, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
11. Ownership
Client owns final approved website content provided by Client. Lighthouse Pro may reuse general layout patterns, code patterns, systems, and template components that are not unique Client content.
If Client selects the lower upfront Launch Website option, ownership of the website itself and the connected domain transfers only after all 12 required monthly payments are completed or a buyout is completed. The buyout equals 80% of the required-payment balance remaining. Until then, Lighthouse Pro retains ownership of the website and domain while Client retains ownership of Client-provided business content.
12. Limitation of liability
Lighthouse Pro is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, ad performance, search ranking guarantees, third-party platform outages, registrar issues, or email and provider failures. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid to Lighthouse Pro for the affected service during the prior three months.
13. Electronic acceptance
The agreement checkbox is required only when Client selects the lower upfront Launch Website option. By checking that box and continuing to Stripe Checkout, Client accepts this agreement electronically. Standard setup purchases do not use this contract clickwrap.
Lighthouse Pro stores the server-authoritative agreement version, a SHA-256 hash of this document, the acceptance time, the normalized purchase selection, and the Stripe Checkout Session identifier as the acceptance record.
13a. Text messaging (SMS) program
Lighthouse Pro SMS is our text messaging program. When you speak with our team by phone and ask us to text you information — for example a preview link for a website design prepared for your business, or details about a meeting you scheduled with us — we send those requested messages to the number you provide or confirm on that call, and we reply when you text us first. Message frequency varies and is typically low (a few messages per conversation). Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which immediately unsubscribes you. For help, reply HELP or contact admin@lighthousepro.ai. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile phone numbers and text opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
