The reports

What you get, and what each one costs

What is the Free report, and what does it actually cost me?
It is free, and it stays free. You give us your business name, trade, city, email and phone, and we run nine real Google map searches from nine points around your city, read your Google Business Profile against the businesses a searcher actually sees, check five directories and up to twelve plain-English checks on your website, and ask ChatGPT two real questions about your trade. You get an A to F grade in its own tab in about a minute, and the page stays live for thirty days. We email you the report and nothing else without asking. Each business can run it more than once a month, up to a monthly limit.
What does the Visibility report ($29) add to the Free report?
Your whole area, your competitors and a plan. The Free report searches from nine spots around your city; the Visibility report searches from twenty-five spots across your whole service area, which you can place yourself, and names the business that comes up first at each one. It adds how your reviews compare with the businesses around you, 16 directory listings checked against your Google profile with the mismatches called out, the AI answers kept word for word, how many people search for what you do each month, and every finding turned into a ninety-day plan, in order. It is sent the moment it is built, and a person on our team reviews it right after; the same link updates when they have, and we email you.
What is the Market report ($99) for?
Sizing up a whole market instead of one business. You draw your service area on a map, and every business inside it is found on Google, Yelp, Yellowpages, BBB, Facebook and nine directories, then checked one by one: who is winning the area, how crowded it is, how reviews compare, which competitors are advertising, and where the openings are. Forty zip codes are included, $1 a zip after that, up to a hundred. It is sent the moment it is built, usually in about an hour and always within twelve hours, and a person on our team reviews it right after. Both reports together are $109.
Can I see a real report before I buy one?
Yes, and not a mockup: open the sample Visibility report or the sample Market report and read every section, table and map exactly as a customer gets them. The figures are real measurements from a real business; only the names and contact details are stand-ins. Examples shows two real businesses, including what they still need to fix.
How long does a paid report take, and what if something goes wrong?
The Visibility report is sent the moment it is built, usually within an hour, and within 24 hours on a busy day. A person on our team reviews it right after, and the same link updates when they have. The Market report is sent the moment it is built, usually in about an hour and always within twelve hours, and reviewed by a person the same way. Every paid report comes with a free thirty-minute walkthrough where someone goes through it with you. Refunded in full if the report cannot be built.
How it is measured

Where every number on the page comes from

Where do the numbers actually come from?
Real searches, run from real places on the map and kept with the date they were run. Every spot on your map is its own real Google search, so nothing is filled in or guessed between spots. The AI answers are real questions put to the assistants and kept word for word, so you read what was said rather than a score made from it. Every number in a report opens to show where it came from: the search we ran, the answer we got, the review count on the day we looked. How we measure walks through it end to end.
What happens if you cannot measure something?
It says so. A measurement that failed reads as "not measured", never as a zero and never as an absence, because those are three different facts and only one of them is bad news about your business. Now and then a search cannot be completed, and the report tells you which. If we did not measure it, it is not presented as if we did.
Why do you need my phone number for a Free report?
To tell your listing apart from a business with a similar name nearby, and so our team can call you about your report. A phone number is the one identity signal you can give us that a same-named business in the next town cannot share, and the whole identity check leans on it: the map match, the website ownership test, and the tie-breaker when two listings look alike. Without it we would sometimes measure the wrong business and hand you a confident report about somebody else. An extension is fine.
Do you need access to my Google account?
No. Everything in the Free report, both paid reports and every plan is measured from the outside, the same way a customer sees you.
Does ChatGPT really get asked about my business?
Yes, and the answers are kept word for word. We ask the assistants the questions a customer would ask about your trade in your city and keep what came back, so you can read whether you were named, who was named instead, and in how many answers out of how many asked. The Free report asks ChatGPT two questions; the plans ask between one a week and ten a day, depending on the plan.
The plans

What a subscription does that one report cannot

What do the plans add over a one-time report?
A report is one look. A plan keeps looking and keeps the history, which is the only way to know what moved. Your market is checked again on your plan's schedule: monthly on Starter, weekly on Growth, twice a week on Pro. Your listing and your competitors are checked every day on every plan, and what changed reaches your inbox every week, or on Pro, on any day something changes. After your first check, every email says what changed, once checks on different days agree. Plans are $99, $249 and $499 a month. A report bought with the same email in the 30 days before you start a plan comes off that plan's first month, up to the month's price, when you start the plan from the report's link, or while signed in, or from the link we email you when you ask on the plan's form.
What is the walkthrough with the team?
Thirty minutes with a person from our team, who goes through your latest report with you: what moved, why, and what to do next. It comes every other week on Growth, and every week in your first month; every week on Pro. Starter has none, and every paid report comes with one free walkthrough. It is part of the plan, not an upsell. And if we miss a walkthrough with the team and can't make it up the same week, tell us and that month is refunded.
Can I cancel, and what is the guarantee?
Plans are month to month with no term. To cancel, sign in and open Manage billing, or write to admin@lighthousepro.ai; billing stops at the end of the month you have paid for. Month one is guaranteed: if after your first month you don't know exactly where your business stands and what to do next, tell us within two weeks and it's refunded in full. If you leave, ask and your history goes with you. Both promises are in the agreement, in writing, not just on this page.
What do you not do?
We do not run your ads, build your website or post to your social accounts. We check where you stand everywhere a customer might look and tell you plainly what to fix; the work stays yours. Pro shows who is bidding on your searches every week, but no plan runs ads for you. The table on the pricing page shows what each plan includes; a dash means that plan does not include it.
